Raymond A. Buisker, CEO of Accuweb, Inc. announces that they have been purchased by BST ProMark Inc., Elmhurst, Ill., and a division of BST International GmbH, based in Bielefeld, Germany.

Accuweb, a recognized leader in Electronic Web Guides for over 28 years, joins forces with the BST Group (www.bst-international.com) which specializes in equipment for the web industry ranging from individual components to print management systems and complex process controls with international sales in over 90 countries.
